Richard Surber hand-picked renowned designer Jared Gold to head Black Chandelier and established a stable of creative stylists to run Aveda-affiliated Landis Salons, including seasoned spa and cosmetology specialist Kassie Hill.

With a sharp eye for undervalued commercial properties in the Salt Lake City area, Richard Surber reinforces Nexia Holdings’ position in the real estate market. Current or former locations maintained by Richard Surber and Nexia Holdings include 38,000 square feet of office space in the historic Wallace-Bennett Building, a 7,000-square-foot retail building in downtown Salt Lake City, and a 10,000-square-foot office building in Kearns, Utah. Richard Surber also owns several parcels of undeveloped land in Utah and Kansas.
